What would cause no power to right high beam on 2002 honda accord?

2002 honda accord

Right High Beam not working - All other lights including low beam work. Fuse for for Right side is good.

Replaced bulb and still not working.

Checked power at pigtail (Light socket) power

I'd check the relay first. If it checks OK, then look harder at the bulb socket. Electrical gremlins are the worst to have. You might try getting a friend to turn the high beams on/off as you oHm it out.
