I am renting a car for state driving. Which car is safer to drive in snow conditions - truck or sedan?

I you can get a AWD sedan, that would be the best. If both the sedan and truck come with 2WD, I'd still go with the sedan. A car is naturally better balanced than a truck but, I would Go for the truck if its the only one with 4WD.
