What is the best paint to use for a motorbike engine/frame without using a powder coat?

Im after respraying my bike in the near future, I have no problems with the fairing, but Im a little unsure about the frame and engine, Cant really afford to havbe the bike taken to pieces and powder coated, but would cellulose paint take the heat from

High Gloss Enamel for the frame. Hi temp [it will say so] paint for motor bits.
