why is my thermostatic shower not geting enough hot water?

i've just had a baxi 105he combi boiler fitted and a shower with thermostatic mixer valve. even with the valve handle set to maximum hot the water is not hot enough for a shower. all other taps in the house are fine. any ideas?

It sounds like either the thermostat is faulty, the front section was not installed corectly, or the debris wasn't cleaned out of the pipework, this stops the flow so the combi won't fire up, the heating system will give it away, should take up to 6 hours
