what would happen if a driver is hauling cars,and the cops pull him over and find drugs or drug money in car panels,but it is obvious the driver was newly hired to transporrt cars,and had no way of knowing there was illegal product hidden inside tires,or

He will be arrested, at least for a while, maybe a long time. What happens then, depends on the investigation. It would be silly if all you have to say was, "I'm the new guy."
