Best Crx engine swap?

Whats the best swap for a crx?
I was thinking of going with the b20 but then i forgot about the emissions.
Now all it leaves me with is a b18 or b16. Anyone else got any advise?
Also if i do the "poor mans" type r will the

You could go with a D16Y7 (mini me) my friend has one in his 88' CRX and it cruises at 100mph easy and makes 110WHP stock and could be built to make 180WHP easy and hes from Arizona and it passed emissions so thats not a problem. A D16Y8 or the JDM vaesion
