i need body kit for 2000 honda civic ex?

my mother borrowed my car. while backing out of driveway she damaged front bumper. instead of fixing in body shop i figured i would buy a new bumper. so what i need to know is where is there a cheap place to buy body kits in or around portland oregon?

Here ya go - cheapest front bumper is $140, but shipping will probably make the total cost around $300 - lots to pick from though
