Compustar Remote Starter Not Working?

Hello, I have had a Compustar Remote Starter installed on my Honda CRV for a few years now. I lent the car to a friend this weekend and now the remote doesn't work. I can't unlock or lock any of the doors via the remote. I'm sure he did something to disable

I have a Compustar on my 93 Grand Prix....once in a while I'll have that problem and usually just removing and replacing the battery fixes it. On my remote, there's also a listing on the back as to what series of buttons you can press to enable/disable
