What is the most suitable reasonably priced daily Japanese sports car to buy?

I need it for driving around the streets daily. What is the best buy considering reliability, power and consumption? The roads of the place that I lived are rough with lots of potholes.
I would also be using it to take my family for outing using
I believe I would go with the Toyota Camry or the Honda Accord these are the two best sellers in the USA.
