i have a 91 integra, my radiator fans dont when its suppose to, but it works when direct wired to the battery.

i thought the problem was the thermo/water sensor, so i put a new one.? why my rad fans doesnt work?? wiring? grounds?, new fans? faulty radiator cap?

Check the relay that controls the power to the fans. There's nothing wrong with your fans if they work when wired directly...it's a control problem. Check for voltage at the relay's coil when the engine is at the temp when the fans should run. If you
