Do I Need to Change the Plug Wires & Coil on Plug Insulators With Spark Plug Change?

I have a 2003 Kia Spectra with 90,000 miles on it. I've never changed plugs or wires.

I am going to change plugs, and I need to know if I should change the wires too (and if I need to also change the plug boot insulators).

if wires are seperate from coils replace..but coils get replaced as needed only
use your shop manual to see whet else is required at that miles,,a proper tune up is more than plugs..im sure your manufacturer requires,,brake fluid replace,emt yes
