can i put a proform mini shift light on my 97 honda civic ex?

I wanted to know if this proform mini shift light will work on my 97 honda civic ex. (I have a picture like at the bottom.) If so what do I need or what do I need to do in order for it to function.

You'll need to wire it through a Flex Capacitor to get it to work.
