I wanna get one thats got a ECUTEK 2 remap, modded fuel injector and blitz exhaust system, milage is 75k, will I get good performance out of it? the owner says he has a turbo dial and it hits 1 bar, im not sure how big of a number that is.

Subarus are good cars. I'm not familiar with the brand name of the mapping that you mention, but overall the cars and the Impreza line is a good one. 1 bar = 760mmHg or 1 atmosphere of pressure. Essentially 15.4 psi. One thing you should check with
